March 5, 2007Well, Caleb did a great job at the regional spelling bee in Darlington. He was number 9 and spelled about 4 words/ rounds. He got out on the word, "multitude" m-o-l-t-i-t-u-d-e. OOps. ...however, he is sure our champion! He was the only 5th grader there out of the southwest WI region, so there is always next year and 2 more years after that! Way to Go Caleb! (...Bet he never spells "multitude" wrong again.)
